What about the Dead orbit and crucible vendor rocket launchers with grenade and horseshoes?

one single good perk out of 4 possible is not good enough for my standards; also, the base stats on the dead orbit launcher are stupid trash; kind of like max rate of fire hand cannons, NOBODY uses max rate of fire legendary hand cannons
