I cry everytime, I like to look at my stats, and then I look at my characters like: I deleted all my year one stats... See, that's the thing. I played this game back at launch, then left for a variety of reasons (not the least of which being that Y1 was a nightmare, but I was also getting out of the army, and starting a new job, and moving, and all of that fun stuff), only to come back last November. I want to see the raids at some point, but from what I've seen here, on reddit, and on many of the LFG posts, the community is downright [b]hostile[/b] towards people who haven't done a raid yet. Sure, there are good people, but the overwhelming majority of the community that I've interacted with is not. I love the game, and I love playing it with my few friends who still play (only one of them with any regularity), but let's be honest for a second... this community, with few exceptions, is one of the most toxic communities I've seen in gaming.

I could raid with my eyes shut, these people are normally the players that die constantly. It's a lot hassle looking up raid stats.

Here is the other issue I found with checking "PVE" stats, they aren't accurate for raids. I won't do the whole raid if I have all the gear except one piece. I'll just do that part. So if I don't do the whole raid I don't get a "completion". Lol.

I love this communities logic. "If you don't have 20 completions you're trash at this game" Just because I don't do raids often doesn't mean I'm bad. Hell, I'm normally the one not messing up in the raids.

I feel like WotM attracts the raid "try hards" a lot more than the other raids.

Honestly, I'd pick people with at least half of my stats, or close to. My raid and pvp stats most often go above and beyond "elitist posts" I know what the minimum requirements are to be decent in the raid, that's why I end up rounding up a team that's suited enough to get through the raid with minimal wipes. Basically I cherry pick players whenever I make my group on LFG, but fortunately I don't need to use LFG as much anymore. ~[i]TheGreatNike[/i]

I check to see what a person uses the most in order to figure what i should use. If i see someone is more skilled in sniping ill run shotgun and cover them while sniping. But thats just me. I could give to shots about the other stats we arent competing. Lol

I check out PVP stats, if you're below a 1.2 we can't raid because I know you're gonna struggle with all the adds/mechanics 9r probably miss the headshot on the knight or something like that
