About the Daybreak modifier.
As you might have noticed, Bungie introduced a new modification for the Nightfall, called "Daybreak". For those who do not know what it means, it says: "The Darkness grows stronger, and so do you. Form a fireteam of three and unleash your Light with greatly increased ability recharge."
What this pretty much means is Mayhem like in Crucible. Grenades, Melee and Supers recharge a lot quicker.
After I completed the nightfalls, and went back to playing normal Heroic Strikes, I felt like a sack of potatoes.
The point of this poll, is to see what the community thinks about the new Modifier. And I came up with an idea to add a playlist with this Modifier added permanently and maybe rotating burns.

I love the modifier. I've ran nightfall like 6 times already on my Warlock and Hunter (combined)

Damn, I feel like a tool. I was doing it this afternoon and was like "man these 'nades are coming fast!" Totally forgot about daybreak.

It will be active every week for the final 6 weeks leading up to Destiny 2. Once a month is fine for now.

They've already stated that Daybreak will be a featured modifier for about 6 weeks in a row in July and August. Until then it's every month. It feels incredible now because it's new, and it will be fun next time it comes up, but it's like candy. If we have it all the time, it'll make us sick (in this metaphor, we'll get sooooooo tired of it). But you want it occasionally for some fun.

2 RepliesThis is what I thought it would be after they dropped the trailer for that stream. Daybreak seems like a nice opposite of Nightfall don't you think? I thought it was gonna be its own balls to the wall playlist. Having a daybreak modifier just seems stupid in a nightfall, they contradict each other. It's in the name lol.

It will be a modified every 4ish weeks, according to Bungie.

You do realize this game will be dead in 6 months, righy?. Any feature added now is meaningless as its the last update and the game will remain the same forever.

Maybe make it in the rotation for Weekly Heroic Strikes as well. I personally don't have any reason to do these strikes but Daybreak could add the fun factor back.
