FRs are all abou one thing: Consistency Saladin's Vigil is #1 in this regard. Hitting 4 instead of 5 bolts happens on a regular basis (due to lag, wizards or whatever). In order to still get the kill, you'll need a 95+ FR like the SV. Stability doesn't really have a big impact on a FR performance. I have a SV with rifled barrel, single-point-sling and rangefinder. I prefer it over my Thesan FR4 with Torch, hot swap, acc. coils and rangefinder. Low charge rate? Pre-charging is key. Low stability? Pull the right stick down while shooting, problem solved.
