Sunsingers should just get their melee charge instantly upon activation. Bullahit when you dont have it and it cant one hit supers anyways so why not

I agree but it one hits all roaming supers.

Maybe too much but if it could have longer burning for your melee while youre in radiance i think that would be good

Recently I tried out the apotheosis veil for sunsinger. You know because ophids got nerfed.

Not really on storm trance since you want your gernades and melee aleready charged for transcendence.
