3oc Finally gave me what I needed
So I decided to try sunslinger on my Warlock for the weekly crucible reset. I wanted the exotic gauntlets. I didn't have the shard or glimmer to buy them,so I made due with what I had. I popped a ,3oc before my first match. An exotic dropped for me after and lol and behold I got the gauntlets I had been wanting. First time ever 3,oc was actually useful.

Nice one, dude. I wish I was that lucky as Suros has yet to drop. Today I have started to grind PoE 28 in the hopes that the year one version will drop so I can buy the year two version.

Nice. So were the gauntlets worth the wait? I really wanted Astrocyte Verse... finally got it... pretty disappointed. It's the coolest looking helmet in the game... the "exotic" perk is pretty meh.

It got to to the point where I honestly felt like I had a better chance of getting an exotic to drop if I didn't use one of the stupid things. edit - they have gotten better for me though here lately.
