A hand cannon with max stability?
So, I recently got my hands on a Down and Doubt 00-0 hand cannon from an engram. I kept it because it has a strange and unusual roll to it.
Sureshot IS, Luck in the Chamber, Braced Frame, and Triple Tap.
This does leave it with a magazine size of 6, but it has max stability. I have never heard of such a thing til now. It is currently equipped to my Warlock.
What are your thoughts on this?

Unfortunately, you have an amazing roll......on a horrible hand cannon. If i'm correct, although it is a Year 2 Handcannon, it's still really bad for PvP. Notice how i'm talking about PvP only. Stability is completely useless in PvE, in my opinion. I have an Eyasluna with LitC, Braced Frame, and Hot Swap (I think, idk about that last one.) It's ridiculously amazing at consistent 3 taps, the range doesn't really matter considering I have a quickdraw, hot swap Event Horizon for long-range encounters. I definitely like stability over range, but not on low-mag hand cannons.
