What are you actually asking here? I can see three possible options for your post. 1. Why can we not raid with three people? This question makes no sense. You can do just about any raid with only three players. 2. Why can we not raid at 3 am/pm? This question also makes no sense. Bungie never limits the time that that you can do any event at unless a major update is coming out that day. 3. Why did Bungie not update the old raids to year 3 light? Now that, guardian, is the right question. Perhaps they are waiting until the April update for that. Perhaps it will never happen. Either way, it will be hoped for by many players.
