Unfortunately, if you orphaned the account that was attached to these emblems, there is no way to recover both the account and emblems. The only way to receive these emblems on your new account would be to have new emblem codes to redeem on your new Bungie.net profile. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

I was afraid of this.. but there's been a rather odd discovery. I hopped on my PS4 just now(was playing on Xbox before I made this post), and I noticed that the Eye of Eternity emblem was equipable on my character, yet I can't equip it on Xbox..? Both my GT and PSN ID are tied to the same bungie account. How is it that one can use the emblem but the other can't?

How did you accidentally make a new account and replace your old one? You should be able to get your old account back.

Edited by Majora: 12/2/2016 12:00:48 AMIf a Bungie.net profile has no Xbox or PSN accounts linked to it, the profile becomes orphaned and can never be recovered. If the OP made a new Bungie.net profile and linked up his current Xbox/PSN account with it, it would automatically remove the link between the old Bungie.net profile, leaving that profile with no linked accounts. All Bungie.net profiles must have a 3rd party authentication method attached to them, such as an Xbox (Microsoft) account or PSN account. These accounts are essentially the "keys" to Bungie.net profiles. This happens more than often, unfortunately. I too have been a victim of accidentally orphaning my original Bungie.net profiles.

I logged in to the bungie website, logged in with my Xbox account as usual. *shitty bungie website magic commences* new account made without me knowing. Does that sound accidental?
-
Looking at your Bungie.net profile, I can only see your PSN account linked with it. Are you positive your Xbox account is linked to this Bungie.net profile? You can check by going to your profile settings under "Account and Linking," if you didn't know already.

it was, others suggested included unlinking my Xbox and re linking would somehow fix it, never did. I just haven't linked it on account of how frustrating all of this is. I'm hoping bungie is generous enough to send me the codes so I can use them with my new account, I can provide proof as well. It's a long shot, ha.

Unfortunately, that isn't possible. Bungie isn't responsible and they will not replace or compensate with new codes for these emblems. Again, I'm truly sorry for this.

Holy shit, I know you mean well, but damn what a downer response, lmao. Who's responsible then? This is all because of a flaw in their website, what or who do I blame for this? Myself? Ugh.. believe it or not, this situation is making me lose faith in this game and dev. It's silly I know, "they're just emblems bro get over it" I think it's more than that.
