Is there definitely separate pre order codes? I rang them up and they said they didn't have any other codes listed to give me. They only/could resend the game code. Which I tried re-entering and nothing happened.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to answer your question regarding your specific retailer, however some retailers have given separate codes for the pre-order bonuses.

Hmm okay. I don't suppose you could give me a way to contact bungie directly about it? I have a constant notification for the tower (which I am assuming is the pre order bonuses that haven't been given to me yet as there is nothing else for me to do when I go there). The person I spoke to at GAME seemed to imply that the pre order bonuses were within the same game code.
