◦Legacy Console players who own Destiny: The Taken King on their Legacy Consoles are eligible to upgrade their Destiny content to a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One console by purchasing Destiny - The Collection Upgrade. Purchasing this bundle grants digital licenses for all previous Destiny content and includes Rise of Iron, which will be available for gameplay on September 20th, 2016.
The discounted price is 40 from my memory. I don't know if that helps at all.

That's what's advertised < Can you purchase it. Nope...... Been like this for nearly two weeks and closing in on release date. No official word from any side seems dubious.

I brought the collection upgrade for NZ$40 two weeks ago, as it was available to purchase online in the NZ region. After talking to Customer support we learnt that it wasn't available yet in other regions(made me think it was an error). However the price has now changed to NZ$60. There seems to be a lot of confusion around this collection upgrade. Hopefully its worked out soon.

Trust me when it comes to money Bungie is right on top of it. Patches to the game..not so much.

Edited by ill skillz: 8/31/2016 11:52:38 PMI tried for the first time about 7-8 days ago (here in the US) and it wasn't available. I tired again about a week later and still nothing. That is when I started talking to MS/XB support. Both said they knew nothing about it been available. Same story now a week down the line. XB and MS say it won't be released until 19 September. (Unless paying 60 f*cks)

Its either a Microsoft end issue with licensing or Activision removed the preorder like they did with Black Ops 3 last year and then added it back close to launch.

Yeah no official answers from any side is just what's annoying. It's getting close to release and nada
