Same thing happened to me. I've used at least forty 3oc this week, and only gotten maybe four exotics. The nerf is real.

I've not really seen any comments from the Destiny community on this topic since the update. Perhaps people haven't really noticed the nerf to-date? When I bring it up in voice chat people seem to have noticed the problem without considering the wider significance. Perhaps people just think it's isolated bad luck until many of us share the problem and realise it's effecting is all!
