Specifically rank 3, each of my three characters got a 310 blue artifact and motes
Rank 5, they each got a 310 ghost and one extra item. Those items were: 317 IB Shotgun (hunter), 311 Warlock boots, and 316 auto rifle (Titan)
During leveling I have also picked up a 288 MG, 3 handcannon s and several low light chest pieces. After hitting rank 5, I have found 2 ghosts at 324 (((EDIT: 315, obv not 324))) and one at 312.
