It looks like it hurt him. I see the Arc lines verifying contact. Are you sure You didn't connect? Fist of Havoc really isn't a boss killer Super. It's more of a clean the room of adds super. Plus aren't taken vulnerable to solar damage only. As much as I would love to see a Fist of Havox buff, I think you just had factors against you.

Even if it did do some damage, notice how nothing on the ground took damage? I don't know how many times I've had a botched Fist of Havoc because of some precarious ledge placement or some other in world shrubbery magically absorbing the impact cause its not flush with the ground.

Ok I see. Puts on technical hat: FOH registers damage across a horizontal plane but you would like it to be omnidirectional. However that still wouldn't work in this case since the Taken Zealot is so large. At most it would damage creatures on the ground but they are too far away from the epicenter of FOH to be completely wiped.
