They are designed to be good pvp weapons..almost everyone in y1 used the vog sniper and it's high rof/low impact

Praedyth's Revenge was actually a mid-tier archetype. I'm talking full on 3-shot body hit kills with the Osiris Sniper. And yeah, Y1 Osiris guns were the best overall guns in the game, and god-tier in Crucible. Now they're going to be beyond useless.

I don't think they will be useless They will be designed to give you a upper hand in PvP even if it's the one perk you'll always find on them
