He was fired, and yeah he may have been an asshole, but how Bungie handled the situation was really shitty. Termination 'without' cause, withholding payment and taking his stocks in the company away. That's just not right, no matter what happened

Lying and being a general asshole creates a hostile work environment and is reason to be terminated. Companies pay for work, if you aren't meeting the standards why should they keep paying? It's not rocket science.
