Ha. That guy is an idiot and I will never watch any of his videos. Sorry. But any one who just screams at video games and their makers is not my cup of tea. I've got better things to do with my time. As for Bungie going to shit? I'd say getting shafted by Activision more like. TTK was proof there is still some fire of the old Bungie left. I'll agree that Bungie made a very stupid choice teaming with them, that and they've done some, less than desirable actions in the past. But I'm not buying their product because I care about the company or because they've brainwashed me. I'm buying their product because I enjoy it, I have fun with Destiny, after all, that's what a video game is for, fun. So why should you, or anyone else care?

Yes Destiny could've been more. But that's not the point. Along with the fact that no amount of bitching on the forums will ever make Bungie change anything. Bungie already know the shit pile they're in. But a contract is binding. The only thing that can break a contract is money, money Bungie doesn't have. (This is Activision we're talking about.) This argument isn't about what Destiny could've or couldn't have been, nor is it about ethical business practise. It started off with me not giving two shits, but now I've been dragged into this regardless, not to defend Bungie by any means, they're big boys they can do it themselves. Its to stop people like him, calling people like me, idiots, sheep and the like because we enjoy Destiny. Sorry, if me playing a game I like offends you and your view of proper business etiquette. The truth is I don't care and no amount of insults or posts on a forum will change that.

TTK sucks. It's just Destiny with a more levels and a slightly better (barely better) loot system. You need to open your eyes to the wrong doings of gaming companies. At first you may not agree with BDobbins, but trust me, it will open your eyes to what the gaming industry is really doing.

To you maybe. Here is what people like you need to get in your heads. No amount of crying or petitions on the forums will do anything for you. You're not doing it because of an "evil" "corrupt" company. You're not doing it because you're the good and moral compass of the gaming world. No. You're simply doing it because you feel wronged. I enjoy Destiny. I enjoy playing the game and I have fun with me and my group. That is all that matters with a video game as that is all they are for, fun and entertainment. Does that mean I'm a "sheep" and a "desticle"? No. I just enjoy the game. Do I agree with everything Bungie has done in the past? No. Some of it has been wrong. Some of it has been downright pathetic. But that doesn't change the fact I still enjoy the damn game. And that's all that matters. I couldn't care less what BDobbins twat face McGee says, his opinion is his own and I don't share it. If anything, people like you call people like me sheep purely because we enjoy Destiny, by that logic, your sheep for enjoying his content. Do I care what you do with your spare time and money? No. So why should you care with what I do with mine?

I have belief that they can salvage Destiny, I have belief that the game we were all promised at a certain E3 many eons ago can still become reality. But they have a lot of work to do, a lot of hearts and minds to win back and a lot of shit that needs cleaning up. Bungie is the first company I've ever known to pour their heart and soul into buying their soul back from the devil (Microsoft) To then go and sell it to an even bigger devil not too soon afterwards (Activision) The fact is and I'm pretty sure it was in these court documents that the original Destiny was lovingly crafted by Bungie, only to be torn limb from limb and beaten over the head with the soggy end by Activision. But they have a contract that binds them to this agreement, the only thing that can break a contract is money. Money Bungie doesn't have (this is Activision we're talking about) Bungie don't need me, or anyone else to defend their actions, they're big boys, they can do it themselves. I only defend myself when people call me out to be something I'm not. But what I will say is this. After the disaster that was TDB and HoW. Bungie must have realised they needed to pull their heads out their arses and do something about the devil next door. TTK is proof that the old Bungie is still kicking, but it still has an overbearing -blam!- of a company in charge. Bungie isn't completely at fault here. Yes they have part of the blame, of course they do. But they are not 100% to blame, they aren't even the source of the issues in Destiny. No. That title belongs to the publishers, the ones who say what can and can't happen and what can and can't be in the game. It's already been proven that Activision is to blame for the destruction of old Destiny. (Also to blame for the firing of Marty if I'm not mistaken) But that doesn't meant they can destroy this one.
