Players were requiring it for raids making the players who don't have a gjallahorn not get into raids. It broke the game in that sense and the sense that it was OP. I'm glad they nerfed the ice breaker and hand cannons. But black hammer was a raid weapon, that should have stayed the way it was because it was unique. Destiny is the way it should be know, balanced, except for a few crooked nails

Lol... I was running the daily heroic yesterday, barely enough light to get in. Had wife and a buddy with me and we got our asses handed to us for about an hour. I finally switched back to guns I know trying to figure out how to stay alive... I was surprised Gally did great still... 5 rockets and his health was a 1/4 the way down... For what ever reason they didn't want to use Gally "because it is no good anymore"... We ended up bailing because we couldn't kill Echo of Oryx I couldn't believe it... All they had to do was just strap on Gally, pop a synth and rocket the shit out of him... but they let "Year one weapons suck now" get to their head.... Rant over... still salty... :(

4 RepliesActually I've still used my gally a lot in TTK, even with a much lower attack value it completely outclasses much higher weapons and unless you're doing the true top tier activities being around 230-240 light doesn't make much of a difference.

3 Replieslol I was on my way to, but ran out of heavy. PS3 going into menu took too long to get synth. Used a TTK legendary auto for the final death knell.

A clssic is a classic. I'm running Crucible with my ancient Three Little Words. Maybe someday I'll discover a new pulse rifle that does it for me more... but not yet.
