So the Stranger's Rifle is now legendary. Why you ask? It's a year one, it's not going anywhere. Why do this? Seems odd to me. My guess is that it could play a part in the "no time to explain" rifle. Perhaps an upgrade... I love this rifle and would love to see it take on a new life in 2.0 There has to be a good reason for the change from blue to purple.
