Well, good luck! I recently watched a documentary on bugs an they are so cool! Really easy to customize too, because they are so easy to take apart! I'd be Really cool to but a twin turbo v8 in one, with a sport transmission, that's how I would run one.

That would take a lot of modifying to fit a engine that big in the tiny little engine bay. Haha

I'm going to keep mine clean but lower it and some other things. Going to make the inside a little bit of a rat rod by making license plates the sun visors and some other modifications

Well good luck. A buddy of mine is a mechanic and just put a whole new engine in one, then painted it flat black. It's a pretty solid ride.

Taking the engine out is so easy on bugs. Just raise the car a few feet off the ground and drop it right out from the bottom
