I preordered so I could get CE. Then I found out I got Suros too.

Does preordering only TTK give you those benefits? Man, I need to start looking at all the stuff. I've been under a rock recently....

Here I'll give you a complete list of everything If you preorder you get a SUROS Weapons Pack, which includes 3 weapons, a shader, and a emblem. If you get the CE, digitally you get 3 class specific emotes, 3 shaders, and 3 exotic class items. The physical content is notes from Cayde-6, a strange coin replica, some "golden age relics", and a copy of treasure island with notes from Cayde-6. However, if you want to preorder the digital TTK, and then buy the Emotes pack for $20, you get all the digital content. Supposedly you only get the SUROS pack from GameStop, but thats a lie.
