I see. How many tries did it take you to get Fatebringer? I'm almost at 600 hours and I haven't got it yet.

Not very many. I honestly don't know exactly. I know it's kinda rare. I played the vault on hard a few weeks ago and got it for the second time. So like 10 months worth of gameplay before I got it a second time. I know I got found verdict at least 8 times.
