You're so wrong. I actually am allowed to hurt your feelings. Your "happiness" has no bearing on my rights. I wish Jefferson would have said the right to property instead of the euphemism, "the pursuit of happiness," but I can't blame him for not being able to forsee the idiocy of the 21st century

You can't loosely interpret that terminology like that, plus the right to pursue happiness is in the declaration not the constitution, as a right that is.
