As the drop of the Taken King approaches here are few things to start doing to prepare. This list will continue to grow so check back from time to time. 1. Start collecting your consumables and putting them in the vault (House banners, network keys, silken codex & axiomatic beads). These will help you overcome the 25,000 glimmer cap. 2. Rank factions up to 50-100 points within leveling to the next level. (You will only need to do one or two bounties to level them up and get new gear) 3. Keep Cryptarch packages in post office to open when taken king drops. (You will get new gear) 4. Make sure you are close to being glimmer capped so you can start to level up new weapons and gear.
