Best Pulse Rifle: Messenger vs Three Little Words
Their base stats are very similar; their unique perks are the same. But the choice perk, the one in the middle, is slightly different. Which one is better of the two?
Is there a legendary (not exotic, we're not going to bring Red Death, the best pulse rifle, into this) that is better than these two?

Having both I feel like weapon handling is faster with the messenger so I vote messenger.
