Best Pulse Rifle: Messenger vs Three Little Words
Their base stats are very similar; their unique perks are the same. But the choice perk, the one in the middle, is slightly different. Which one is better of the two?
Is there a legendary (not exotic, we're not going to bring Red Death, the best pulse rifle, into this) that is better than these two?

Messenger because elemental. But allfate's real nice, oversoul despite the low impact rips on arc burns, and my spare change .25 with counter balence, speed reload or stability perk(forgot name off hand) and head seekers an animal in crucible capable of 2 burst kills.
