Best Pulse Rifle: Messenger vs Three Little Words
Their base stats are very similar; their unique perks are the same. But the choice perk, the one in the middle, is slightly different. Which one is better of the two?
Is there a legendary (not exotic, we're not going to bring Red Death, the best pulse rifle, into this) that is better than these two?

11 RepliesSkoriis revenge hands down without a doubt. I say this because with the slowwwwwww rate of fire pulse rifles if you miss a shot you are done for. But with the faster fire rate you are not as punished for missing a bullet

2 RepliesWith reactive reload, hopscotch pilgrim will kill with 2 bursts to the [b]body.[/b] If you aim a bit higher, it will probably decimate super charged guardians. But I haven't gotten my god roll yet, and have not used it. Seems epic in theory.
