Hobgoblins are by far the most annoying enemy type! Prove me wrong! You won't!
Auto aim snipes at any range, nearly two shot, the focus fire snipes for insta kills. If you don't immediately kill them they shield for what always feels like forever and the waiting for it gets you shot, the shield burns you, void melee, etc. Minotaurs are pushovers by comparison and even those super evasive teleporting captains with OP shrapnel launchers or spongey servitors in PoE are better to fight imo.

If you use the arc sidearm vestian something, you shoot hobgoblins and it doesn't trigger their shield.

Totally agree.......... was doing the 32 PoE with my 33-Hunter and they could survive a direct shot from Gally I was like WTF?

they aren't horribly difficult to strafe and avoid their shots. I honestly think that the most annoying type is any low tier enemy that uses a majors weapon with the related burn active i.e. goblin with torch hammer on void burn because it can catch you off guard.

I think the cabal with shields are, hob goblins get one shotted most of the time anyway so its not an issue

You can move a little and they never hit you. They are one of the easiest enemies to face and never take a hit from, even while completely ignoring them. How are you having trouble with these? lol

Every enemy in destiny is a bullet sponge with different guns. All you need is a high impact shotgun with full auto, perfect for hobgoblins captains and all ultra enemy (yellow bars) if your fast enough and dodgy enough

At one point or the other i think ive called every enemy class the most annoying in the game. You know whats truly annoying dregs/goblin/acolytes/phalanx that have their races best heavy weapons shrapnel launchers/torchhammers/hive boomers/cabal thingies. Because you never expect them too

Cabal with angry and/or burns that favor them are so much worse... it's ez to play around hobs cuz you know their tricks, shoot them once to get their shield outta the way and then shottie or snipe them away. Or just snipe their heads out so they bum rush you. There's no such tricks with Cabal enemies... you need to shottie them and fast otherwise you're gonna get fked by their melee that staggers you like a mofo. That shield bash is the only thing bar bosses/majors with burns that can down a guardian with one hit... and that's coming from a common enemy. If the Cabal had a specialist sniper, I'm pretty sure they'd fk the entire solar system up within days.
