Husk of Pit is now gone

I have farmed and killed 700 Blades of Crota since House of Wolves dropped and I am yet to get a husk. Is this a bug or am I just really unlucky. I saw other people with the same problem. Let me know if you have got one since House of Wolves dropped. Thanks

I've been at this all day. Probably have done it for at least 10 hours and doing it over 500 times and still haven't gotten it so I'm pretty sure with house of wolves they took it out.
