I'm proposing that we as a gaming community stand up to the evil corporations and no longer pre-order our games!
When we pre-order we enable these companies....these evil sons of bitches... To sell us shit (and I do mean shit) without even getting a review!
Who's with me!?
-
I don't pre-order 99% of the time unless it's Bethesda.
-
Sorry but I am pre ordering The Division cause I want to play the beta.
-
I dont pre-order annual games. Xcom 2? Hell yeah boooooooooooy.
-
I'll preorder for the bonuses then use them then cancel it. Unless its a great game then I'll try to pre order it online from the developer.
-
I've never preordered. Git gud.
-
Try and stop me.

Edited by Auttumnnnn: 6/29/2015 1:59:17 AMFor the most part, I do not preorder my games. But Halo and Bethesda games will always be the exception for me.
-
Bump^^ makes sense
-
Destiny was the first game I pre-ordered and because of that I am now cautious about pre-ordering any other games on the market.
-
Sees post looks at blops 3 sees beta for pre order and keeps pre order

Edited by D1sturb3d100: 6/29/2015 12:07:05 AMPreordering MGSV and Dark Souls 3 Kohima and FROM have never disappointed me.
-
I've heard that since GameStop will sell pre owned games it takes a chunk of the profits from the developers and to compensate developers have preorder and day 1 dlc. I don't know if it's true but it makes sense.
-
I like sheep.
-
Sorry Fallout 4 already Pre-orderd, i'm getting my Pip-boy whether you like it or not
-
Screw that! Without preorders I wouldn't have been able to get the Pip-boy edition of Fallout 4
-
It looks like 40% of 20% of the Destiny player base is with you.
-
YOU CAN'T STOP ME FROM PRE-ORDERING BATTLEFRONT!!!!
-
Your an idiot and don't know what your talking about There has already been a thread on this, go and look for it and read!!!
-
We're tied!
-
Yes because this was a very necessary topic. Did u have a bad experience with a pre order or something ?
-
Edited by Gildane: 6/28/2015 2:19:23 PMThe only time I pre-order is for a game that I know is going to be good and most times I get a limited edition because I like the bonus stuff you get from them. I like my flags, my statues and my concept art books. I made the mistake of pre-ordering destiny before it came out it was a new IP and that was the mistake alot of us gamers did we pre-ordered a new IP. Should have added a yes/no poll option for people that are 50/50

Edited by PapaCap: 6/27/2015 4:22:56 PMThe last time a game was out of stock for me was 1999. People who say "just put $5 down hur durr" are just goons thinking they're being clever. Preordering is unnecessary in this day and age, and allows developers to be lazy or cut content at will, just to be sold later. Stop -blam!-ing preordering for some useless junk you think will make you a special snowflake in-game, your copy of the game will still be there even if you don't preorder. The only times preorders are warranted is either when you're preordering a Collector's Edition, or in the very rare circumstance when you're absolutely, positively 110% sure that you are going to purchase the sequel, because the first installment of the series was so insanely good.
-
I'm afraid your argument ends with me NOT owning a pipboy! I'll stick to my pre-orders thank you! Arkham knight was waiting for me when I arrived at work Tuesdays morning! What a beautiful time we live in! :)
-
Nah I enjoy preordering

Edited by Kekyoin's Underwater Donut: 6/28/2015 2:55:40 AMI'M PRE-ORDERING FALLOUT 4 AND YOU CAN'T STOP ME *runs away screaming*
-
Pre-orders have nothing to do with a game being shit or half assed, DLC's on the other hand..........*cough, "Destiny", cough
