Is this what Luke meant?
By hinting that if the emotes were sold separately, we would throw money at the screen...?

Edit- after one TLDR post, I feel the need to clarify a few things here.
1. This is a video game. And any worldly views you try to express to me in this setting will fall on deaf ears.
2. This is a theory. Not even mine! It's a repost.
3. I posted it to make you think. I know most, not all, of you have not worked in marketing and are aware that multi million dollar companies don't do anything by accident.
4. This is a video game. Don't rebuttal them mute people to squash a discussion.

Maybe you should also realize people need to eat and make a living, even those that MAKE the video games and Servers cost money too. Maybe throughout the past decade people have been paying for expansions and DLC's and they just gave themselves a little extra time by splitting the taken king and everything we've played up to this point. If 20-40 fiat paper dollars are too much and it doesnt hold the value to you so be it, as you seem to feel. Listen man, i agree the story was the weakest part, & I was quite perturbed myself. Livid even at one point. But the game is released and if you are going to give feedback, let's be a little more constructive than shouting out the waves that are settling from their mistakes and situations that led to this point. If you want more content and think that the limited edition needs something more, then voice it out and I do believe they will listen. do they have to do what we want? no. It is supply and demand overall...too much demand or too little supply? I dont disagree with you fully, I'm just looking for the perspective reasons.

5 RepliesUnlikely. Mr Smith just did not have the foresight to see how his words would read without the context of tone and conversation. The reaction is due to the thorough mismanagement of destiny thus far. The pricing is likely all they CAN do given their dealings with activision.

He needs to do better. BUNGIE NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!! And we should demand it or we should stop playing. My suggestions New exotic armor - for all 3 characters New exotic weapons - 2 preferably An exotic sparrow Along with his BS. I think all 1st Yr grinders deserve better if we all stop playing. How many countless hrs have been spend helping noops on Crpta VOG..POE..etc. And all we get for grinding out a YEAR is sparrow, shader, emote and an emblem..??? WTF is that. By Luke Smith merly suggesting that is a slap in the face to all Yr 1 vets. I say we all stop playing destiny if they dont give us ELITE gear!!!! Whos with me???
