I've been playing since day 1 and got my first faction shader yesterday. Oddly enough it was on my Warlock who had just got to rank 10 with DO but that's actually the character with the lowest rank.

I think 10 or 11, I got bittersteel. Today I got rank 7 new monarchy on my warlock and got amalthea so there's that. Seems to me like the best drop rates are early on, because I'm rank 30+ do on my warlock and titan and every time I rank up now I get a mote of light

lvl 30 and still nothing. I moved from new monarchy because I had gotten all the shaders but they don't like me :(
