I called TWC(Time Warner Cable)After 3 hrs straight of chats, calls, and configuring, I opened all ports needed for Destiny, and opened my NAT. I did everything possible to fix the issue, every thing.
So I have compilied information from many users detailing this before happening and what ended up being the issue was an internal problem between Comcast and Bungie that they settled.
The users complained enough to get it fixed.
So, concluding report -
TWC users, some not all are facing the same Issue I am, no sign on at all, disconnect, error code Banjo.
Solution - Wait it out

I've messaged Bungie on SEVERAL occasions through social media trying to start a conversation with them since these server issues have been happening since the game was released and they have never gotten back to me. I'm just annoyed that we spend all this money and can't play the game.
