Just got kicked from Skolas.
Not gonna call people out and I rarely post here.. But just got kicked from 35 Prison right at Skolas. Was a 34 Defender Titan with max Gjallarhorn and Helm of Saint-14. We were doing well, only wiped a few times, it was my first time but was holding my own and even saved the team a few times. Then right before we get to Skolas they ask me if I have any armour that gave me extra heavy ammo. I didn't unfortunately but had read up on the tactics for beating him and figured we could make it through or at least give it a go, if not I would have dropped out no problem! But they didn't even have the decency to try it at least once, they didn't even apologise or tell me, I just got kicked..
Sorry for the long post but felt shifty and needed to vent. I'll get Skolas some day!
Edit: Finally beat Skolas the other night and got an elder cipher in the process! Now I just have to choose which gun I want first :P
Just wanted to say thanks for all the support on the forums, you guys are amazing! I know a lot of you offered to help me and I really appreciate that! Sorry If I kept missing you online, I have you and friends now so hopefully we can do raids or arena sometime when our schedules allow it :) thanks again everyone!

Report.. post his gamertag in the destinylfg sites ( .com / .net ) they really need a section for people to list names of kickers.. same name starts popping up.. Bungie should take action..

If the entire team had no extra heavy ammo perk armours and had full rockets + 1 synth ready, that would equate to 30 rockets. Just 1 player with Extra Heavy will change that to 34, two would be 38, 3 would be 42. That means you did not need Extra Heavy ammo, your team had enough as is. They were simply bad players and do not know how to play the game.

There's a pair for sale from Varicks right now, not to mention that you could upgrade any Raid boots and be set, I'd certainly view such a thing as a scrub alert because I can't even remember the last time I've played with anyone who didn't have such boots.

This. This is why the PoE needs checkpoints. I don't care if groups form on the checkpoint only because they still have to beat Skolas in the end anyway. Booting is bullcrap.

7 RepliesLast night i had 1 hunger, 1 gally with 5 rockets maxed and my gally with 7 rockets maxxed. We used all our rockets and he had a smidge of health every time we had no titan but got so close everytime. Had the guy been able to hold 7 rockets at a time we would have gotten it. I backed out after numerous tries.

Yeah... just today we were doing Skolas, and on the last round the leader booted us. It sucked.

You couldnt even put armamentarium on? You wouldnt need saint 14 for skolas. They shouldnt have kicked you however, thats just stupid, first week of skolas my friends and i did it 3 times, and all 3 times one of us didnt have extra heavy ammo, it can be done if one only can hold 5 rockets, they're just dumb
