Have you levelled up the hard way?
I am talking about the VOG and CE raid gear going though the brutal stages of getting the acendent shards and radiant shards and having to level up spending those hours you could have done something better but were committed to destiny? If you are like me are the true 30's and 32's but now the new guardians don't have to do our painful work but you are unbroken guardian so sign here if you went though that!

I did it that way took me 3 months of rng to get to 32 ;-;

1 ReplyDid it the hard way. Farmed strike playlists for any legendary, got my first two legendaries from Queens Wrath, then bought the rest from the Vanguard. Thereafter I farmed VoG, took me weeks, maybe months to get armor. Only managed to bag myself a helmet and a chest piece. Then I had to grind Iron Banner for a pair of gauntlets and boots. I finally managed to get to level thirty a few weeks before the dark below dropped. There I farmed CE for armor and materials, I also grinded Eris bounties for rank for Eris morn. Then I could trade my energies for shards and could finally be 32. I also manged to get my other two characters to 32. When house of wolves dropped, I managed to get all my characters to 34 within two weeks. ( I was gone the first weekend so I couldn't do a lot of PoE or Trials)

1 ReplyYou don't know the struggle. 30s were gods. If you saw a 30 in the tower all invites were directed to you. Guardians dropped their pants as soon as you land in the tower. If you had Chatterwhite you were an Angel. It was amazing.

Mostly. For the first 30 I got a nudge from the iron banner. The grind has lessened today, but I get the impression this is just another experiment. They're learning as they go. I don't think the next level (36?) is going to be as difficult as 30, or as easy as 34.

Had one hunter then Had 3 warlocks at one point for VoG to get all armor the. TDB came out by then I had one of each class and now I have two hunters. One for experimenting

Only my warlock lol. Probably gonna use an etheric light on my cuirasse of the Hezen lords. One of my favorite armors.

All 3 characters. Took months to get to 30 on all three Weeks to 32 all three 3 days to 34 all three. Easier and easier.

It was hard but now I can do hard without people booting me cause I'm 31 but now I am 34

Went through it and would again. I've been thinking of deleting one of my characters to start a new just to play if through again

The struggle was real . My main character (hunter) is still Crota gear from foot to neck and my knucklehead finder exotic. My Titan is a Frankenstein and was at 30 until I got some HOW boots in a knight fall and ascended my ruin wings that took me to 32. I did the POE 32 and died about 32 times , got the armor core got some new boots now Frankenstein is 33 .... This is my back up guardian , my poor hunter shows all my hard work from Crota but I have a feeling my Crota hunter will be needed in the hunt for oryx not HOW new age guardians
