How far are you in the witcher 3

Im level 24 and at the quest - isle of mists - and i gotta know how much game i have left to it, i was told that i still have ways to go but the way i see it im nearing the end and what is death march mode

4 Replies196 hours. Still doing side quests. I was at 96 hours when I was on The Isle Of Mists quest. I seriously don't know how I have 200 hours on here. Doesn't feel like it. For comparison. I've had Destiny since it came out. I have 11 days of game time on it. I've had The Witcher 3 since it's been out and it will pass up Destiny soon. It feels like I've put way more time into Destiny though.
