I don't think you read the post. I, however, am willing to reiterate what I've posted. I did not cheat and have not cheated in Destiny. I can provide proof if it is needed and from what I've been told there have been other innocent victims of what another has deemed as a 'banwave.'

Bungie doesn't randomly ban people. They do thorough investigations and found the proof. Also, If you rolled with a fire team member that used a lag switch the whole team receives a ban. You know what you did. Don't play.

I suppose you haven't read the post. Please read through the entire post - including the few comments here - to ensure you understand the situation. Bungie does not do a thorough investigation for bans, but rather bans based on accusations. As far as I am aware none of my teammates lag switched. If only 10 out of 100+ games had opponents that either lagged out or left. This is not proper investigation especially using just statistical work would suggest that I did not have a part in this. If a member of my fireteam did not lag switch, but had opponents leave the game whilst he/she was playing with me, but then left the fireteam and lag switched with someone else, this should not constitute a ban against myself, because I was not a participant of lag switching, but would rather be banned by association, and not even association with the act. Bungie did not do a very effective and/or thorough investigation for means of a ban.

They don't just ban people because a random reported you. They get actual proof. Real evidence against you. Soooooooo enjoy the ban.
