ToO gives 6 GUARANTEED etheric lights per week assuming you can rack up 8 wins before 4 lossed. ToO gives the good pvpers a chance to earn 3 more through the rigorous task of going 7-1 Also PoE gives a chance to loot etheric light from the key chest which can be farmed for more than 3 Vi sa vi you can get more etheric from PoE than ToO

6 RepliesAlright, first please stop saying "we". A great majority of the ppl think its fine. And just so you know, PvE has had all the exclusive stuff in DLC like raids and strikes. And now that there is finally something for PvP people to look forward to, the PvE players get mad. This is the first true PvP reward equal to a raids reward. I play both and I am happy to have a good reason to play Crucible. You can get three etheric light per character in PoE if you run every level. On trials of Osiris, if you get 9 win flawlessly, you get 3 etheric light per character max. How is this unfair? It's literally the same. In all honesty, it's easier to get the PoE etheric light because you can restart if you die.

PVE you get them from Nightfalls, a chance to get them in every PoE event, 2 guaranteed from the higher PoE events. Kinda think it is balanced fine.

How bout this. Play the other half of this game. Its actually fun once you get good and accurate. Play call of duty or a faster paced game then go back to destiny and its much easier

3 RepliesI've gotten 3 light from trials and I played a passage through flawless. I ve gotten 6 from nf and poe. I don't understand what you are trying to say. Plus, osiris is only available on weekends.

4 RepliesAs a PVE player that enjoys the occasional crucible game, I think that PvE players have way more opportunities to get exotics than PvP players. Besides, the PVP only players cannot get to level 34 nearly as easily. I know amazing crucible players that are level 26-31 and have no interest in playing enough PvE to get exotics. The problem is you don't like one of the game modes so you think it should get less attention from Bungie. Kinda selfish, don't you think?

7 RepliesYou can go and open that chest below airlock as many times as you want, you only need a key. On trials you reach 8 wins and you are done until next week. You get a bonus if you go 9-0... Which doesn't happen often.

All these people that are mad about the lighthouse and trials in general are probably the same ones who called iron banner armor welfare gear. Learn to play both sides, otherwise you're already only playing half the game you paid for.

You also can get them from nightfalls. And also trials is a 4 day event.

5 RepliesI agree. you get upto 4 etheric light from the packages and from the chest at the light house. But youll only get 2 etheric light from 34 and 35 poe lol bungie is being unfair. I feel its much easier and faster to get etheric light from ToO than getting it from poe, if you have the right team that can go flawless.

Bungie should just let it drop in patrol-public events, cryptach, normal crucible, weeklys, dailys and postmaster packages. That is fair on all people - and add a maximum amount per week so all people keep playing - say 4 a week. That would be most sensible, but sensible isn't something Bungie are big on.

Etheric Light can be obtained from PoE, Nightfall, Trials of Osiris, and Iron Banner. Seems pretty even.

REASONABLE TIME PERIOD? I KNOW your IMPATIENT because its WEEK 1. RELAX.. MAKE ANOTHER CHARACTER.. THIS GAME WILL BE DIFFERENT IN A MONTH (due to more etherics and other new oot making eat into game)
