1). Carter, Kat (short for Catherine), Jorge, Jun, and Emile. There was a member that was killed, named Thom, and a member that was edited out named Rosalina
2). Carter is a commander

6). The BOB elites sighted throughout the game, and the suicidal marine on "New Alexandria"
7). The Pillar of Autumn, as Lone Wolf is technically an epilogue. Either one depending on your preference.
Also, Spartans never die, they're just missing in action.
