There are different perks on the raid gauntlets, the only thing that stays the same is the special weapon loader. You can get several different hive orb perks such as critical hit, melee, or grenade to spawn an orb. Also RNG is either melee attack speed increase, grenade throw distance and one other that I cannot remember.
