Iron Banner, is it possible to get to rank 5 solo?
Hello Guardians,
I'm a "lonely" guardian. This means none of my friends from real life have xbox 1 and I don't like the idea of a clan.
So I was wondering, if it's possible to get to rank five in Iron Banner solo?
Leave your opinions in the comments guardians and your ideas on how to do it.

I made it to rank 5 solo by the Saturday. I played 2-3 hours every night. The buff is amazing by the end of the week.

Edited by Mardithon: 5/6/2015 3:07:31 PMI didn't play this last IB, but the last 3 I got to lvl 5 playing by myself. It's more about buffs and bounties than consistently winning, since you can stack up to 5 medallions. Mostly it's about playing. Just have to stick with it.

All of my games were solo. I started on saturday and hit 5 on monday. I wasn't even maxed on marks for the week. Very doable.

100% I did this week's iron banner solo and got to rank 5. It was a bit of a struggle at times because I hardly ever play pvp. But I wanted to get my hands on the spear so I played and got everything I wanted .

I did it. Pretty easy, just make sure you have everything Iron Banner equipped, those rep bonuses are a life-saver.

Yes, but you'll get it done quicker with a group, even a random group you find on the recruitment page. Communication is key.

I've been playing Destiny since day one, but avoided IB till this last one because I suck at PVP. I got to rank 5, acquired all the available weapons and armor by myself with my lv31 hunter. It actually made me better at PVP, even though I still suck. Wish I had done the other past IB's.

Yep played 8 hrs both Thursday & Friday last week and got it done.

Yes. I did it on my warlock. Lone-wolfed the entire thing and was finished by Sunday morning.

Definitely possible. On Monday I went from rank 3 to rank 5 in maybe 4 hours. If you use the buffs and do all the bounties getting to rank 5 should be a breeze.

Did it the very first Iron Banner. Wasn't too bad Not too many people had Thorn and The Last Word at that point though lol
