Wouldn't it be 20 years or so, since it's 2033? Anyway, I'd hide in the Metro system, I hear it's a pretty safe bet.
I can't be the only Metro fan here, can I?
Edited by Kekyoin's Underwater Donut: 4/23/2015 11:41:10 PMOh, your a Metro fan as well? That's good, I thought I was the only one as well...
Crisis averted.
I've played the games but have not read the books yet, for two reasons: 1. I can't find an english copy. 2. Some of the new ones are still in russian and have not been translated yet. Edit: Oh and this is a bit like the Metro games but is set only a few years after the war and was not quite as severe as it was in the games/books.

Edited by Synotaph: 4/24/2015 1:13:16 AMThey give out a (slightly badly translated) version of 2033 with Last Light on Steam.
the PDF is floating around out there
But I don't think any of the other books have been translated yet. And the book is very different from the game, and I much prefer the games.

I don't live near a Metro so I couldn't.

I'm just trying to reference the Metro games (2033 and Last Light) since they're post-apocalyptic and you set the year at 2033. They're great games, I highly recommend them.

lol I have them both I just took it to a way to serious level
-
Ah, kewl. Have you played both versions (original and redux) of 2033?
-
Played the original yes, but I own Redux. I didn't know what I was doing when I had the original so I traded it in.
-
Redux feels different, but plays way better. I have them on Steam, but my video card sucks, I'm sure Redux looks amazing on a next-gen console.

It definitely feels different. It's hard to say how good it looks because I haven't seen it on PC.
