I'd change Xur to how he was s'pose to be and or with a few tweaks. 1. Able to upgrade any armor to the current Light level. 2. Able to upgrade any weapon to the current Attack level. 3. Fully upgrading exotics by Xur only. Pretty much how it is now except you'd have to take the weapon and mats to Xur to upgrade the last node in the upgrade path. 4. Exotic bounties can only be obtained from Xur. *Pay a ridiculous amount of whatever to spin an exotic bounty feature (let's call it a slot machine) to see a set of exotic bounties. *Players can only spin the exotic bounty slot machine once per Xur visit. *Players can only choose one exotic bounty. Example - Xur will have a slot machine that randomly chooses a set (the set changes each week or is random) of Exotic bounties (up to 3) to choose from during weekend A. The following week will be known as week A for this example. If you pick a bounty on weekend A, you have all of week A to complete the requirements. When weekend B (the following weekend) comes around you can cash in and collect your reward.
