Unknown Cause of Death
Has anyone had a death (or multiple ones) where you just can't understand how you died? I'm not talking "that shouldn't have killed me" rants.
You legitimately do not know or understand how you died (pvp or pve).
There are some pretty funny ones in here. Thanks for posting; I'm enjoying reading these!

A Titan is playing with his buddy, when he jumps and lands crotch-first on his teammate's head, instantly killing him. Great balls of fire!

2 RepliesI was doing the Vault a few days ago and I got teleported to Mars, we cleared the Hobgoblins and were shooting the Oracles. Then, as I made my way to the middle of mars I died. It said I had killed myself but to this day I can't figure out how.

Just happened to me in a ROC strike the other day. I bounced off of a random texture or something and it insta killed me lol

Normal mode CE, sword knight just downed and after positioning, I called for Crota to be downed. I made it to Cro Cro, launched an R2 slam, and the sword blew up, killing me. No boomers. Crota still kneeling. Cause of death: misadventure and killed by the architects.

Today I saw someone fire gally, and there was a thrall behind them. It's proximity detonation kicked in and he blew up. It was only by chance I saw it. He was dumbfounded. It was at ir yut in HM and we were the only two alive. Lol.

We were in the vault of glass sniping the oracles from up top and my friend just randomly had a misadventure. He didn't get shot or anything. It seemed like he just spontaneously combusted.

jumped off my sparrow once on the omnagol strike and hit a box and died knifed a guy yesterday in pvp he flew way up in the air and hit a wall like 100 yards away and than died

A couple of weeks ago I somehow died on the way down into the abyss at the start of Crota's End. Then yesterday I landed on another guardian at the bottom, which somehow launched both of us in opposite directions into the darkness.

Why can fall forever in the helmouth and not die, but if I fall 3 feet off a ledge on Venus it is an instant kill?

I've had Truth track a corpse that was behind me several times. The rocket comes flying out the back of the tube into my face.

I walked into the Winter Kell's room on House of Winter and insta-died. The timer for the darkness consuming me came up, but then I suddenly revived. I wasn't using Flameborn.

There was a guy that was coming to kill me so I jumped to dodge when I died but it didn't say he killed me. And my camera instead of tracking the person I thought killed me it was looking at the sky as if I just got sniper from a hive on the moon. I'm still confused about that and still can't think of what it was.
