Unknown Cause of Death
Has anyone had a death (or multiple ones) where you just can't understand how you died? I'm not talking "that shouldn't have killed me" rants.
You legitimately do not know or understand how you died (pvp or pve).
There are some pretty funny ones in here. Thanks for posting; I'm enjoying reading these!

A Titan is playing with his buddy, when he jumps and lands crotch-first on his teammate's head, instantly killing him. Great balls of fire!

You can kill your teammates in strikes with blink strike if you use it while one of your teammates is standing between you and an enemy.

Jumped off the master chef building window once I hit the floor I died responded and the sky was pitch black

I shoulder charged on patrol and fist even hit anything and as soon as the animation was done I just fell over and died

Jumped down to the platform for the templar fight, use my titan lift and gently land on the ground..... Killed by architects...

Got killed by a mythoclast in pvp but it said his Mythoclast was arc. I also got the arc kill animation.

We laughed so hard on that and the other guy who was alive was like "wtf..just happened...oh how i wished I saw that happen."
