Black hammer
How come black hammer doesn't have the increase damege to majors perk ??

Couldn't get it to work with White Nail perk, they took it away until they fix, that's why you may notice if you got your BH after patch, it cannot be upgraded all the way

It screwed up the White Nail perk, so it was removed till it could be fixed.
