Why is being an atheist such a crazy position to hold?
In comparison to the major monotheistic religions of today, those religious people are only one degree less of an atheist than atheists are. There are hundreds upon hundreds of gods that monotheists don't believe in. People don't worship Zeus or Ra, but suddenly when I don't believe in your god, it's crazy and beyond comprehension?

They always claim it is a belief that god does not exist, which it is not. [b]Thought experiment[/b] In a box there is either an even or odd number of videogames. That is what can only be. But if someone says the number is even and you reject that, that does not mean you accept the number is odd. A God either exists or it doesn't. That is what can only be. A theist believes that god exists and atheist rejects that. Again that does not mean the atheist believes that god doesn't exist. [spoiler][b]Not having a belief in something and believing the thing doesn't exist are 2 different positions. I don't know why ppl can't understand that[/b][/spoiler]

If God does exist and you don't believe than your -blam!-ed in the after life. But if he doesn't and you do believe than you have lost nothing. There is no point to not believe. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Right?

It's not. What annoys me is when atheists or extremely religious people try to tell me why what they believe or lack of is the best way to live. Why don't we all mind our own business and let others live how they want. Atheism and religion both have their share of pros and cons.
