To the people who worry about orbs on CE Hard...
Last week I was doing a Crota's End Hard Mode and when we got to Crota, the guys I was with kept yelling about getting orbs. I ignored it at first, but eventually I started getting annoyed because I was getting yelled at for not making orbs. To me the orbs didn't matter because I don't have any armor that regens health, so I had 1 health bar and that was it.
What bothered me was that those guys were yelling in my ear about orbs when I don't need them, and if you're running middle strat the only person you should ever need them is the sword bearer. I have only died once at Crota (excluding wipes) on Hard Mode. Orbs are unnecessary, so to anyone who yells about orbs, please stop. You don't need them, you just need to avoid getting shot, which isn't that hard.
So the real question, who thinks orbs are important, and who doesn't need them?
Edit 1: To clarify, I'm not saying that orbs aren't useful. I'm just trying to figure out whether or not people think they are good enough to warrant this guy yelling at me for 30 minutes. They are useful, but I don't think it justifies yelling.
EDIT 2: Ok can people please try and see where I'm coming from. I'm not saying orbs aren't useful. THEY ARE. And I make them when they can (Which isn't often). PERSONALLY, I do not need orbs. What I want to know is was that guy justified at yelling at me? (The poll is to try and determine who feels that they really need orbs FOR HEALTH. Supers are entirely different bc it's always good to have those)

Nothing warrants being yelled at in this game. That being said, if your team wants orbs, try to be a good teammate and create some. Completing a raid is about teamwork, not about what you personally need or don't need -in this case orbs.

Does it matter if it's for health or supers? Either way you weren't producing orbs. Just because you don't need them doesn't mean none of your team members dont

You have to make the orbs for titan bubble distractions anyway. Just think of the health regen as a positive side effect if that helps.

Is it really that big of a deal to make orbs to help out the team if that is what they need? Like you said in your edit. The orbs are useful for other things besides health. So why not just help make them? Hell if enough orbs are made at the beginning I can make 4 titan bubbles by myself.

It's a team based battle. Strategy is key. And if your teammates need orbs then make the damn orbs!!!! Nothing more annoying than stupid people who kill the Knights and don't let us make orbs. It's just more useful to put up a Titans second bubble, it helps people regenerate health. It just plain helps as back up plan. Why wouldn't you want to do everything possible to insure your teams chances at success?!?!

I see what you're trying to say, but I respectfully disagree. There are only so many places you can go in that first room to avoid being hit, and if you aren't in one of those places you have a very good chance of getting shot the f*** up. I know I've been in that position, as have many others I've played with. Generating orbs is just a nice way to look out for your teammates. That being said, I don't believe that justifies getting yelled at as you described.

Doesn't matter everyone gets super charged and healed just cause [b]YOU[/b] don't need them doesn't mean your team shouldn't be denied of them if they need the orbs help a person out and don't be selfish.

...making the Orbs isn't for you, it's for everybody else, it's part of putting in the effort with the team. Maybe YOU don't need the health, but that doesn't mean THEY don't. Next time, just make the orbs. You holding them back from the rest of the team kinda does warrant the yelling, particularly on hard. Only kinda, tho. Yelling at you to do it=understandable. If he was being a pole smoker and dropping insults left and right, then he's an ass... but you shoulda still made the orbs, lol.

Sounds like you are selfish and weren't being a team player just cause you don't need orbs doesn't mean the team doesn't. They may not be required but they are helpful in so many ways. Why would you not want to do something that can help everyone on your team?

If you only have one Titan he needs the orbs to consistently make that bubble. And random things do occur on occasion.

I have Red Death and Regime, so I don't need to use the Apotheosis to get regen health... HOWEVER I prefer to use the WoC or Fang when fighting in the crystal room, so I like to use Apotheosis to regen health with orbs. That said, I rarely take any damage in the crystal room, but let's face it, running to the ogre room, or running out of it (especially if a Titan doesn't have blessing ready) you might just get hit.... and frankly, it's nice to have those orbs around when a boomer randomly decides to blast you, or Crota some how manages to shoot at the sword guy, but he's jumping and dodges it, so it blasts the window in the center, and you take damage. More times than not, you don't need those orbs... but when you do, you're glad you have them.

Just generate orbs for the sake of ur teammates, and u wont be yelled at. How hard is just to co operate in a raid. He could have booted u instead of yelling for 30 mins long if he wasnt patient. Either way, he also could have asked u nicely instead of yelling.

If you're running middle, Titans need orbs for boomer bubbles.
