Hi what a great post, my first 2 runs of VOG were with really helpful teams who supported my efforts & gave me clear instructions so feeling confident I joined a third team (let them know was still a newbie) & bam just not enough help then kicked me :'( it might & we'll have been me being inexperienced but they knew that b4 hand anyway dejected didn't try again for a while then hit the forums last night and bam a really friendly group helping out & giving clear instructions (thanks) anyway my point is don't give up if a group kicks you or is really unhelpful or rude just hit the forums and find someone else to raid with because it's worth the effort & there is some brilliant people on these forums wiling to help
