Me. I don't run a warlock, so it doesn't do me much good, but it dropped for me a few weeks back.

Had two both from RNG, no Xur or exotic engram. Was fun being a special snowflake on my warlock, now I just hope most of the people buying it today understand the dark souls reference.

Nope been playing since launch and It never dropped for me I bought it because it was the last warlock exotic I was missing

Got one from legendary engram with 105 discipline then week after I got one with 163 discipline from nightfall. Really happy I got a higher stat roll than the one Xur is selling.
